Introducing... Brian Munroe

I am not quite a newcomer to theatre, but not a veteran either I have performed in 9 different productions over a 4 year period. My most recent roles have been Jacob and Potiphar in "Joseph" and "Paul" in Sondheim's musical comedy "Company".

I pride myself on my very strong vocal skills and range and my abilility to project my voice and fill a room when needed. I played Captain Albert Lennox in "The Secret Garden" and had the pleasure of singing "A bit of earth" reprise, which is; in my opinion, the better version of that song.

I also had the pleasure of playing "Cogsworth" in Disney's "Beauty And The Beast" at The Rose Theatre" in Brampton, Ontario.

I think of myself as being a comical person, both off-stage and on, but can be every bit as dramatic in aprorpiate roles. I consider myself creative enough to bring something to the characters that I play, but humble enough to know that every show is a learning process and that directors are wonderful teachers.
