Introducing... Cameron West

Hello and welcome to my StageAgent page! I have been performing in musical theatre all throughout my school career. I recently participated as Ubaldo Piangi in Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera." Some of my previous roles include Prince Chululongkorn ("The King and I") and Chip ("Beauty and the Beast"). I specialize in Broadway-style hits, as well as classical tunes and opera. On occasion, I enjoy singing pop tunes. I also participate in private voice and piano lessons with Bruce Piper and Jeff Rings. At this time, my favorite song is "I am the One" from Next to Normal! My favorite Broadway performer is Aaron Tveit because of his AMAZING range and... well, he basically has held every role that I love! This Spring, I will be playing Rolf in "The Sound of Music" at Johnstown High School. I have studied during the summer at Muskingum University during Music Theatre Camp. My dream is to be on Broadway... and hopefully my career can start here! "I don't sing because I'm happy... I'm happy because I sing."
