Just got finished with Master Classes with the amazing Vicki Shagoian.  Spent the past three days, four hours a day, absorbing her critiques and learning as much as humanly possible.  The performance was awesome...everyone did a fantastic job.  I sang Jimmy from "Thoroughly Modern Millie" and Easy Money from "The Life."  Fun fun fun.  :)

So we all know that show business is one of the most difficult paths to pursue in life.  Well, getting in on the college level doesn't seem to be any easier.  Not that I didn't expect it to be.  I guess I'm just a little overwhelmed...along with tons of applications, letters of recommendations, transcripts, and scholarships I get to add resumes, headshots, and auditions.  Holy crap.  Just need to finish up my application for NYU and then I have my auditions for UCLA, CCM, and NYU to look forward to in February.  Challenging?  Yes.  Fun and exciting?! Duh.  It's show business...it's tough, but it's what we love.
