Introducing... Jamie Sowers

Hello!
I am new to StageAgent. I am jazzed about Shakespeare. Theatre is my sanity, my insanity, my livelihood and my greatest passion. If you would like to get to know me or are involved in a project I may be interested in please message me.

A little bit about me: I most recently appeared in back to back productions at the Long Beach Playhouse, originating the role of Peggy Beaudette in The Lutz Radio Hour and playing Wanda in Enter Laughing. I also recently played Adrianna in The Comedy of Errors with the Saddleback Theatre Connection. I have enjoyed my last two summer seasons working with the Redlands Shakespeare Festival, having played such roles as Viola in Twelfth Night and Isabella in Measure for Measure. I have appeared in over 40 theatrical productions, from musical theatre to classical and beyond. I have studied with the Royal Shakespeare Company in conjunction with UCSB in London and Shakespeare & Company. I earned her BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University in 2008 and intend to begin my graduate work in the fall of 2010. I am an EMC Candidate and am currently seeking representation.
