Introducing... Jayme Pollock
My name is Jayme Pollock and I am a 19 year old gal from Cleveland, Ohio. I have been singing for as long as I could construct sentences together! My love of performing has been lifelong and I know it will continue to be that way for the rest of my life. Without being on the stage, I feel very strange and empty...and I would be miserable if I had to go through life merely sitting in some cubical.
I graduated Mayfield High School in 2009 with such accolades as being President of my Show Choir and earning the title of "Friendliest" "Most Optimistic" "Most Admirable" and "Senior Woman of the Year". One of my proudest achievements was writing and producing "Infamy" which was a feature length musical, for my senior project. It was completely student run and had over 30 kids working diligently to put on a spectacular show.
I'm finishing up my freshman year at Ohio University but I am transferring to Point Park University to pursue a degree in screenwriting through their prestigious Conservatory of Fine Arts. I also hope to double major or minor in musical theater.
In my spare time I love to do community theater, write songs, stories, poems, scripts, etc. I am a huge movie buff and I'd love to incorporate musicals and film in one entity.
I'm told I am a pleasant person, a hard worker, and loads of fun. Give me a project and I will do my best to make it as great as possible. I believe in dreams and hope to achieve mine some day!
