Overview

Synopsis

Sawyer, a wounded war vet, returns home to his family in Alabama after a long period away at war. He finds his family hanging on for dear life at the very last edge of the American dream. After nearly losing his life in Iraq, Sawyer cannot bear to look at the flags flying above his family home. With his mother losing her faculties, his brother crippled in a wheelchair, and Sawyer having lost both hands, what kind of future is left for the family?
