Overview
Synopsis
Mr. Brown and his daughter Nonnie travel to a boarding house by the sea in Great Britain. There, they meet all the various theatrical characters who take up residence in the boarding house. David, the secretary and son of Laurette, a has-been actress, starts flirting with Nonnie and later proposes to her. However, Nonnie decides that they are too different and refuses. Mr. Brown, while drunk, sends a telegram to his employers, resigning from his job, but the telegram never arrives, so everything turns out all right.
