How can I obtain the software /database clearance that US search and other companies have to locate people?
Just thinking about starting an information / search Business Software business. US Search and others use various data bases and other avenues to find what they are looking for...how do I obtain this level of information without joining them and being an affiliate. I want to do this on my own, with my own computers and business. What software do I buy (please not the $29.99 net detective stuff) the REAL software to start a business like this?
