How do I set my yahoo mail to forward to another address?

I'm one of the people who hasn't gotten any email since Friday. Now I heard that some people opened accounts elsewhere and got their yahoo mail forwarded there, but I can't find the settings that allow that. It's not Outlook, just simple ordinary gmail.
