Finding a stage

Does anyone have any sound advice on getting a musical to a stage. I have a dramatic musical that is based on the idea of individualism vs conformity. The book is "Anthem" the author is Ayn Rand. I have the entire play professionally recorded with a great cast and a web site up and running. http://www.anthemthemusical.com I have all the sheet music in piano vocal score as well. I understand getting a producer or an agent would help but my question is how do I get one to take a look at what I have?
