Greater Tuna

I'm planning to audition for a local production of the play Greater Tuna, and I need some help deciding who to audition for. Since this particular theater has many interested people, they are splitting each part separately, to give more people a chance to be cast (instead of the traditional 2 men playing 20 characters show.) Which female characters are the biggest, the most fun, the most challenging, etc.? Help is always appreciated!
