Where do i go to start taking driving lessons for beginners?

I am thinking of taking beginner's driving lessons very soon, and i will need a lot of help in studying the theory first. But i am not really sure at all if there is any such thing as being able to study the driving lesson theory online. Where do i go to start taking the driving lesson theory, and do you have any beginner's driving lessons for people with special needs?
