Why does my car have problems starting everytime I fill up w

I have a 2002 Toyota Echo and the last 3 times I fill up with gas, it has problems starting. I have to tap the acceleration pedal for a few seconds to finally get it going. Any other time I turn on the car, it's fine. But it's only doing this when I try to leave the gas station after filling the car up. Please help!
