When you lease a car, is insurance included in the price?

i am looking into leasing a car and would like a deal where you make only one monthly payment for the car and the insurance. i know deals like this exist as my friend found one recently but i am unsure as to whether all leasing deals are like this or if this is a special kind of deal. does anybody know where i can find a deal like this?
