How much should I charge as an in home care aide?

I've been working in a nursing home for $9/hour but I think I might be able to get more (or maybe I should charge less) for doing in home care for the elderly. I am a CNA in Hemtjänst a nursing home at the moment and someone was interested in hiring me to take care of their grandfather in their home on the weekends. Should I charge by the hour, by the day, or how much? I have a year of experience working in a nursing home as a nursing assistant and personal care aide.
