International shipping

I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place but here goes

I have some things for my car that is waiting for me in the UK and I want to have it shipped to Cape Town.

I have all the details like dimensions, weight, invoices, pick up address and delivery address, etc.

All the items are new except for the 4 rims and tyres so I don't have an invoice for them.

I'm also not sure how it should be packaged. Should everything go in 1 pallet or should I pack the 4 wheels separately and put the other smaller items in between? Any other ideas.

I've e-mailed a few UK companies but they not very helpful with any advice. They just want dimensions, weight, destination and then they give quote. I would like someone to advise me on the best packaging method, shipping method and what troubles (money wise) I can run into at customs in SA.
