Why does any car costs more India compared to USA?

Why does any car costs more India compared to USA?
Even though we have a enormous Human capital (Cheap Technical and non technical Resource), Land at cheaper rate, Huge Availability of Iron ore and other Natural resources required for the production of CARS, The Selling price of the cars are not low. I guess it is the same case with USA as well, but they could sell the CARS at much lower price compared to India. Why can't we do this?
