HELP/The Wiz

I need help! I have been directing musicals for the past 10 years at my high school. We have had great success with many shows. However, right now we are doing The Wiz. The trouble we are having is that the conductors score, vocal parts and instrumental parts all have different information. It's troubling and I am getting extremely frustrated with it. Mistakes are in all scores, but these just keep popping up and I am worried that we will do a really bad job with it. Anyone that has done the show and has any suggestions or advise I would greatly appreciate.... I've actually considered canceling it. HELP
