Prerecorded Music -- ONCE UPON A MATTRESS

I have a question for anyone who may have an answer. Prerecorded Music. I have been directing some shows for a group that gives all profits to charity. Musicians are expensive. Since we try to donate as much money as possible to The American Cancer Society, I am trying to save dollars where I can. This year, we are producing ONCE UPON A MATTRESS. Now, the question is, if I pay rental for the complete instrumental parts, is it unethical to have prerecorded music? I am not "ripping off" the production company because I have paid the rental. Is there somewhere you can get prerecorded music? If anyone has thoughts or ideas, please let me know.

Karaoke! I've been directing musicals for four years and never have I used live musicians. You can get some karaoke tracks off itunes, or go to http://www.acekaraoke.com and see if they have it.
