Full Intro: Sophie Harding

Introducing... Sophie Harding

I'm an A-Level student in Weston-s-Mare studying Literature, Drama and Theatre, and Film studies. My love for drama and singing has never decreased. I have been in many shows since I was 10 years old. I was part of the chorus in 'The Jungle Book' in year 5. I progressed to sing a solo song in a school production of an adaptation of Robin Hood named 'Hoodwinked' where I received a standing ovation. In secondary school, I played a supporting role (Skip Snip) in 'Little Shop of Horrors' and was the understudy of Audrey. In year 10, I played a chorus member in the school's production of 'Merrily We Roll Along' and was the understudy for Gussie. However, I couldn't take part in my last school production because I was playing a lead role in an independent theatre's school production of 'Seussical Jr' where I portrayed the Sour Kangaroo, and that was my favourite role to date. I was cast as Audrey in my college's production of 'Little Shop of Horrors' but had to decline due to other commitments.
I see myself as a teenager with a Gothic style, so I adore contemporary theatre but also classic. I am a bright, fun and colourful human being, bringing entertainment wherever I go (especially karaoke on a Thursday night!).
