Analysis
Buggins is a draper’s apprentice at Shalford’s Bazaar. Unlike his fellow apprentices, Buggins sleeps downstairs in the cellar of the shop so that he is never late for work. However, he is always late and frequently appears in his pajamas when the store is about to open.
