About Avenue Theater Company
Avenue Theater Company is dedicated to the growth of the next generation of theater artists. Our goal is to engage, entertain, and inspire the community of Greater Philadelphia and provide an outlet for creative community involvement, all while achieving professional quality work in a supportive environment.
In order to keep a fresh perspective, Avenue Theater has been built by Generation Y, and we hope to hand the reins over to the next generation, as times change. We pride ourselves on maintaining an open-minded perspective on the theater arts. Innovation and acceptance are paramount, and we not only expect forward-thinking excellence from our members and volunteers, but from our audiences as well.
Avenue Theater was founded in 2013 by Kelly Wilson, Anna St. Hilaire, and Sara Neville. We currently produce one musical production a year each summer.
